Abstract:

A flotation process was developed that prioritizes lead selection followed by zinc selection, taking into account the perse ore types and complex symbiotic relationships. In the lead flotation process, the new collector HB-600 as a replacement for some Sodium diethyldithiocarbamate was introduced and the separation process of once roughing-twice scavenging-three times cleaning was used;while in the flotation of lead and zinc, the new collector HB-369,the separation process of once roughing-three times scavenging-three times cleaning was used.Field industrial commissioning results show that the processes can obtain a lead concentrate with a grade of 57.21 % and a recovery rate of 94.48 %,as well as a silver grade of 1 688.3 g/t and a silver recovery rate of 88.52 %;a zinc concentrate with a grade of 48.07 % and a recovery rate of 88.25 %.These results provide valuable references for optimizing the mineral processing technology of lead-zinc-silver polymetallic ores.
