Abstract:

According to the property of an arsenic-containing lead ore,the process of arsenic inhibition and lead flotation in an arsenic-containing lead ore is discussed, the effects of lead collectors and inhibitors on the flotation separation of lead and arsenic are studied, and the synergistic effects between reagents are studied through orthogonal tests. The results show that under the optimal conditions that the process of arsenic inhibition and lead flotation is carried out on the ore with the arsenic inhibitor of lime, sodium thiosulfate and ammonium sulfate combination and the lead collector of ammonium butyrate black powder and ethyl sulfide nitrogen combination, the closed circuit can obtain the lead concentrate whose lead grade 46.00 %,lead recovery rate 83.26 %,silver grade 1 190.00 g/t,the silver recovery 79.77 % and the arsenic content 0.58 %; and the arsenic concentrate whose arsenic grade is 8.81 % and arsenic recovery rate 74.58 %.
