Abstract:

In view of the problems such as low mining efficiency and difficulty in guaranteeing safety because the steep thin ore body in Linglong Gold Mine has been mined by short-hole shrinkage method over the years, this paper presents in-vein along-the-way raise medium-long hole and subsequent filling mining method. The top pillar shall be reserved at the top of the stope, and an along-the-way raise is arranged in the middle as a pedestrian ventilation channel. At the same time, all blast holes are first constructed from top to bottom and then blasted from bottom to top layer by layer. The blasted ore falls into the bottom of the stope by self-weight,adopts the bottom structure of flat bottom ore passing, and is transported by scraper into the mine car.The application practice shows that the mining method achieves the goal of safe and efficient mining with an mining loss rate of 1.19 % and an ore dilution rate of 12.6 % by controlling the mining width. The mining efficiency is 47 % higher than that of the original short-hole shrinkage method, and the safety is greatly improved by letting personnel through the mine by bottom ore passing.
