Abstract:

As a hard-to-mine ore body, moderately thin ore bodies have always been a research focus in both domestic and international mines.Based on the moderately inclined thin ore body of Zaozigou Gold Mine, experimental research on the longwall continuous mining method was conducted. This method has advantages such as continuous mining, high mining recovery rate, and good safety, and is widely applied in horizontal,near-horizontal,and moderately inclined ore bodies.Compared with the original room-and-pillar mining method in Zaozigou Gold Mine, the longwall continuous mining method has significant advantages in terms of mining ratio (per 10 thousand tons),extraction cycle, and mining recovery rate, making it an efficient mining process that can be promoted and applied in the non-coal mining industry.
