The copper ore of Xiaosigou Mine has the characteristics of complexity,fine copper mineral grains,easily argillous gangue minerals which make the copper ore difficult to treat.The copper grade is only about 12 % and copper recovery rate is around 50 % for industrial copper concentrates.In order to increase the copper recovery,based on the optimal conditions obtained through bench-scale tests,semi-industrial tests and optimization are carried out,which optimizes grinding-grading system,flotation system and reagent regime and obtains good ore-dressing index:the average copper grade in concentrates is 17.64 % and the average copper recovery rate is 67.06 %.The study lays foundation for industrial tests and production optimization.
