Abstract:

The high-precision magnetic survey results contain rich shallow and deep geological information, which helps understand the magnetic changes of the target and identify the distribution of deep concealed rock masses, tectonics, and alteration mineralization zones. It can reliably reflect the various information of metallogenic geological bodies and physical structural plane and is a commonly used method for indirect prospecting of gold deposits.Through the processing and interpretation of high-precision magnetic survey data in Shipenggou Gold District, the characteristics of metallogenic geological bodies, tectonic characteristics in different directions, and the occurrence of mineralized alteration zones at different depths were determined. The orebodies of the Shipenggou Gold District are comprehensively controlled by the strata of the Yangjiadian Formation and Sandaogou Formation,as well as the fault structure and deep metallogenic rock mass. The ore control factors are analyzed, geological physical and chemical prospecting indicators are extracted, and different alteration mineralization zones are evaluated to provide support for the follow-up work.
