Based on the study of fluid inclusion,S isotope of pyrite, and C and O isotope of calcite in quartz and calcite in Daiwangshan Gold Deposit, the properties of ore-forming fluid, material source, and deposit genesis are discussed. The results show that fluid inclusions in quartz can be pided into 3 types:gas-liquid two-phase inclusions (type Ⅰ),CO2containing three-phase inclusions (typeⅡ ),and pure CO2phase inclusions (type Ⅲ).The ore-forming fluid has the characteristics of medium temperature (171 ℃-280 ℃),low salinity (5.4 %-11.7 %),and low density (1.07-1.13 g/cm3).It is a H2O-CO2-CH4 fluid system. The metallogenic depth is estimated to be 2.1-3.0 km,belonging to the shallow deposit. The δ34S values range from -1.0 ‰ to -0.9 ‰,indicating that the sulfur in the ore-forming fluid originates from magmatic activity; the δ13CV-PDB values range from -8.4 ‰ to -1.5 ‰,and the δ18OV-SMOW values range from 6.3 ‰ to 19.7 ‰,suggesting that the sources of carbon and oxygen were multi-source.Based on the characteristics of ore-forming fluid and sources of ore-forming materials,it is considered that the genesis type of Daiwangshan Gold Deposit is a shallow orogenic type related to the closed orogenic paleo-Asian Ocean.
