Abstract:

Flotation tests were conducted on a gold ore in Gansu Province. The experiment used sodium carbonate as the regulator, copper sulfate as the activator,a mixture of butyl xanthate and dibutyl dithiophosphate as the collector, and No.2 oil as the frother.Through twice roughing, twice scavenging, and three times cleaning in closed-circuit tests,a concentrate product with a gold grade of 251.27 g/t and a gold recovery rate of 96.67 % was obtained. The technical indicators are excellent, providing a technical basis for the separation of this type of gold ore.
