Measure project invests less and comes into effect more quickly.It is commonly applied in mine infrastructure construction and ensures the smooth progress of the major project.The workload for infrastructure construction is huge and the workface is hard to conduct in the openpit to underground transition of a mine from Inner Mongolia,to speed up and shorten the construction and make full use of the open-pit mining project,many effective measure adit projects are carried out.The paper described in detail the open-pit adit,main haulage ore pass,ramp adit,ramp chute and their application status.The application of the measure projects not only improves operation conditions but also improves working efficiency and lowers excavation cost,saving more than 200 000 yuan from hoisting and transportation fees and shortening the construction.These projects lay foundation for the subsequent pillarless sublevel caving mining method and can provide reference for similar mine infrastructure construction in other mines.
