Due to the ore property change,the sulfur content rises,imposing certain effect on the flotation index.To save metal loss to the maximum extent,reduce tailings grade and improve gold recovery rate,the test on reagent regime optimization is carried out.The results show that with the dosage of new type efficient collector being 130 g/t and optimized reagent regime,the gold grade in the gold concentrate that can be obtained in the production is 21.40 g/t and the gold recovery rate is 85.26 %.Compared to the results before optimization,the gold recovery rate is increased by 0.96 percentage points,the gold grade in the tailings is reduced by 0.03 g/t considering the primary ore gold grade decreases.The reagent cost is greatly reduced and the economic profits are good.
