Abstract:

The ore of a high-sulfur polymetallic gold deposit in Fujian contains a gold grade of 4.45 g/t,silver grade of 60.10 g/t,copper grade of 0.47 %,zinc grade of 2.96 %,and sulfur content of 8.56 %.To improve resource utilization, flotation tests were conducted based on process mineralogy, using HS-1 and HZ-1 as selective inhibitors for pyrite and sphalerite, reducing the lime dosage and achieving copper-zinc-sulfur separation under low alkaline conditions. The test results show that gold is mainly concentrated in high-copper gold concentrate and zinc-bearing gold concentrate, with gold grades of 35.47 g/t,silver grades of 614.17 g/t,and copper grades of 5.69 % in the high-copper gold concentrate. The gold grades are 14.36 g/t and zine grades are 16.07 % in zinc-bearing concentrates. The total recovery rates of gold, silver, copper, and zinc reached 91.39 %,83.95 %,87.11 %,and 76.38 %,respectively, effectively utilizing resources and significantly enhancing the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
