Abstract:

With the acceleration of industrialization in China,the demand for mineral resources has surged,leading to significant increases in the scale and intensity of open-pit mining.As repositories for overburden and waste rock generated during mining activities,open-pit mine dumps have increasingly serious ecological pollution issues.This study reviews relevant research achievements on restoration technologies for open-pit mine dumps,focusing on geological stability restoration,soil remediation,and water resource restoration.Targeted recommendations are proposed to provide references for mine ecological restoration practices.
