The archive management plays a very important role in enterprise development as important basis for enterprise running and management and personnel change.With more prominent population aging,the emeritus and retired personnel archive management is becoming more and more important,especially for mining enterprises where good emeritus and retired personnel archive management is vital.The paper analyzed the problems facing the emeritus and retired personnel archive management in mining enterprises,pointed that the significance of archive management and proposed the way to perfect archive management.The study has provided mining enterprises the reference to do better emeritus and retired personnel archive management.
