The main pass is the throat of the mine production system and the most important transportation and storage channel for ore(waste rock).Once the wall of the main pass is destroyed,the normal function of the pass will be affected,and then the blockage of the pass will occur.In light of the collapse and deformation incurred by the main pass in Sanxin Company of Hubei Province,this research realized the rapid establishment of three-dimensional integral model of main pass by means of sectioned and multi-level scanning with C-ALS drilling three-dimensional laser scanner,and obtained the three-dimensional shape of internal space of main pass,carried out visualized calculation of the boundary changes of main pass along the axial and radial sections,and obtained the pass bore subsection collapse volume,horizontal section collapse volume,horizontal section long axis and short axis length and other bore deformation characteristics.Based on the analysis of production practice,it is considered that the wall resistance increase due to frequent expansion-shrinkage deformation and alienation of cross-section shape is one of the main reasons leading to the blockage of the pass.
