Rapid determination of 12 impurity elements in gold ingot by ICP-AES

Abstract:

This paper established a method for rapidly determining 12 impurity elements in gold ingots by direct ICP-AES spectrometer after aqua regia dissolution with the help of optimization and correction techniques,and optimized the test conditions.The determination limits of the method is 0.17-0.47 μg/g.The determination limits of the equipment is 0.000 17-0.005 60 μg/mL.The recovery of standard material is 95.65 %-111.37 %,and the precision is 0.72 %-1.76 %.The accuracy and precision are both good.The need to separate gold matrix by solvent extraction is omitted.The operation flowsheet is simplified and the analysis efficiency is improved.
