Abstract:

Precise determination of gold content in coarse silver bears practical significance for the trade value and processing of the coarse silver.A fire assay enrichment-atomic absorption spectrometry for gold content determination in coarse silver is established through tests and the influence of different factors on the determination results is discussed, and the optimal test conditions are determined. The RSD of the determination results is 0.19 %-0.54 %,the recovery rate of reference materials is 97.00 %-100.10 %,the accuracy and precision are good, interference elements are little. The method is fit for the determination of coarse silver.
