The previously adopted multi-level station ventilation of Sanxin Gold-Copper Mine encounters insufficient overall shaft air flow,inefficient fan operation,backflow and bad ventilation in certain levels with downward extension and increasing numbers of operation levels.Based on checking of overall airflow demand,the study correspondingly put forward 3 ventilation system optimization plans.By quantitative and qualitative analysis and comparison and calculation with Ventsim 3D dynamic simulation software,the ventilation plan of underground centralization in earlier stage+multi-level station relay in late stage is selected.With the implementation of the optimized selection plan,the overall airflow and the air flow rate of inflow and outflow all meet the design requirement according to ventilation verification.The effective airflow rate reaches 81.33 %.The main fan operation efficiency reaches over 85 %,running in high efficiency range.The ventilation is notably improved.
