Abstract:

In view of the poor uniformity of particle size of roughly ground products in Daping Concentrator, the low utilization coefficient of mills and the low grinding technology efficiency, according to the mechanical properties of the ores, the rough grinding media regime was decided to be m(φ100)∶m(φ80)∶m(φ60)∶m(φ40)∶m(φ30)=20∶25∶20∶25∶10 and the comparison test on different grinding media was carried out.The results show that compared to the on-site media regime, the recommended media regime can lower the productivity of the coarse-grained grade+0.45 mm by 3.40 percentage points; the productivity of the intermediate easy-selection grades -0.150-+0.038 mm and the grinding fineness -0.074 mm are increased by 8.30 and 5.39 percentage points, respectively; the grinding technology efficiency is improved by 3.91 percentage points, the mill -200 mesh utilization factor is increased by 20.02 %.Therefore,in the rough grinding stage, the recommended media regime has better grinding effect than the on-site media regime.
