Abstract:

In order to improve the efficiency of spray dust reduction and optimize the nozzles in engineering applications, the factors affecting the spray particle size were analyzed and studied. The laboratory test carried out formed the particle size distribution curve of nozzle fogging, revealed the variation law of different aperture nozzles with pressure, and classified the applicability of the performance test results of different type nozzles. The analysis shows that the spray particle size decreases with the distance from the nozzle and narrowing nozzle diameter, and decreases with higher spray pressure. The basis of nozzle selection for different methods of spray dust reduction was summarized. The actual production was simulated and the impact of lateral wind flow on the spray particle size was analyzed, which provided a reference for the field application of spray dust reduction technology.
