Abstract:

How to scientifically, reasonably and efficiently exploit and utilize mineral resources is important topic in mining industry.Because the manually devised mining plan and management adopted in Wushan Copper-Molybdenum Mine is not efficient and the mining loss and dilution are great, the study based on mine production practice designed the separate perforation and separate blasting mining digital system. The system uses three-dimensional mining software to automatically do separate perforation and separate blasting design and output the report of drilling coordinates automatically.Wireless transmission technology is used to send the perforation design data to the drilling machine automatic hole-distributing terminal of the drilling machine. The drilling machine finds the hole position automatically by the high-precision GPS drilling terminal. The actual data of perforation are transferred to the mining MES system automatically. The software is used to complete blasting design automatically. Finally, the actual data will be uploaded to the three-dimensional platform of production control for management.Production practice shows that the new method not only improves the rate of implementation and efficiency of designs, but also makes the perforation process digitally and reduces mining loss and dilution rates with outstanding application performance.
