Taking the tailings of a gold mine in Sichuan Province after cyanide heap leaching as the research object,which are characterized by single gold-bearing minerals and gangue minerals,high gold grade(2.40 g/t),gold-bearing minerals being strongly inhibited by cyanide for gold and light argillization,the study adopted flotation for gold extraction and single-factor condition test to decide optimum process parameters:grinding fineness is 65 %-0.074 mm,sulfuric acid dosage is 350 g/t,sodium silicate dosage is 250 g/t,butyl xanthate+ammonium butylene dosage is (150+75) g/t.Through a once roughing,once cleaning,twice scavenging closed circuit flowsheet,a flotation gold concentrate with gold grade 94.88 g/t and recovery 89.68 % was obtained.
