The mine ventilation effect not only restricts the safe production of the mine,but also has a great impact on the progress of the mining plan,which is directly related to the implementation of the annual production task of the mine.In light of problems such as local circulation of polluted air and low stope ventilation efficiency in Lingyuan mining company,a 3D ventilation system model is established based on Ventsim ventilation simulation software.To meet the air demand of underground production,with network calculation and dynamic simulation of ventilation system the paper proposed "air inflow from central shaft,concentrated air return in single wing" ventilation optimization plan.Industrial application and ventilation system evaluation show that the new ventilation system optimization plan is energy-saving as well as efficient with fan efficiency over 80 %,solving problems including local circulation of polluted air,low efficiency of medium-long hole blasting fume outlet and exceeding-standard air speed in local sections,creating significant economic and social benefits and bearing good promotion potentials.
