Optimized selection and application of mining method in South Huangshan Copper-Nickel Mine

Abstract:

The previously used natural caving mining method in Huangshannan Copper-Nickel Mine has high mining loss and dilution rates and poor technical and economic index,so the optimized selection of mining method is carried out.Based on the technical and economic comparison,it is recommended to use big diameter long-hole bench open stope and cemented backfill mining method.Industrial application has achieved good technical and economic index: stope production capacity 400 t/d,mining loss rate 12.5 %,ore dilution rate 9.5 %,direct mining cost 29.90 yuan/t,backfill cost 20.28 yuan/t.The research achievements have reference and guiding significance for the same type mines when mining method is selected.
