Faced with overbreak and underbreak,poor section formation and insufficient excavation footage during large-section excavation blasting,Chambishi Copper Mine optimized the blasting scheme by changing the empty hole numbers in the cut,the location of cut holes,narrowing the row space between peripheral holes,adding charge-ree holes in peripheral rows and auxiliary holes in the bore hole design,and put the optimized scheme into practice,during which process the blasting performance is recorded and compared with that before the optimization.The optimal para-eters of large-ection excavation blasting obtained are as follows:peripheral hole space is 700 mm,concentration coefficient is 0.7,row space is 1 000 mm.The optimized blasting scheme solves the problems in the process of large-section excavation blasting and is of great significance to the quality control of roadway blasting engineering in mines.
