The lead anode slime is treated by converter in Shandong Humon Smelting Co.,Ltd.And the produced bismuth slag is smelted into crude bismuth alloy which is further refined to recover valuable elements.The previous crude bismuth alloy refining process incurs serious dispersion of gold,silver and bismuth and poor direct recovery rates.By applying vacuum distillation refining process,the gold,silver,copper and lead,bismuth and tellurium elements in the crude bismuth are effectively separated,realizing separated recovery of gold,silver,bismuth and improving economic benefits.The vacuum distillation process is easy to operate,has low energy consumption and high recovery rate for gold,silver,bismuth,tellurium,and is worth promotion.
