Abstract:

The Aritekeshan copper polymetallic deposit is a newly discovered polymetallic deposit. There are 7 copper ore bodies,6 polymetallic ore bodies (copper, lead, zinc and silver),20 molybdenum ore bodies and 2 gold ore bodies delineated in the mining area. The study shows that the deposit is a magmatic hydrothermal deposit closely related to concealed granodiorite, which is controlled by structure and surrounding rock and forms different types of ore bodies in different parts of the rock bodies and contact zones, etc.Copper and polymetallic orebodies are mainly found in the diopside skarn, which is a skarn-type ore body. The host rock of molybdenum ore bodies are biotite granulite and granodiorite, which are structural hydrothermal ore bodies in the late magmatic period. The gold ore bodies exist in the interlayer structural fracture zone inside the marble and is a structural altered rock type ore body.
