Abstract:

A mine uses ungraded tailings and gelatinizer as filling materials for self-flow cement filling, but the concentration of filling slurry is low,the bleeding amount in underground stope is big,the filling body strength fails to meet the requirement. In light of these problems, experimental research of cemented filling materials selection and proportioning optimization is carried out.The physical and chemical property of the filling tailings is analyzed and the filling materials are optimized and compared. The cemented filling materials fit for the mine is selected.Based on optimization test, orthogonal method is used to carry out proportioning optimization test. With standard cement as the cemented material, ungraded tailings and ore residual powder as aggregate, the test studied the rules by which ore residual powder addition, cementsand ratio and slurry concentration influence the performance index of filling body and slurry. The importance and influence magnitude of the factors are determined through range analysis and variance analysis. It is finally concluded that the best proportioning is as follows: the slurry concentration is 68 %,ore residual powder addition is 18 %,and the cementsand ratio is 1∶14.
