Abstract:

The key problems faced by Chaihulanzi Gold Mine are to control the deformation and failure of rock strata and reasonably regulate ground pressure in the recovery process of the residual pillars left by comprehensive mining.2 recovery schemes were simulated with 3DEC numerical software. One is recovery without pillars. The other is original rock pillar replacement by artificial inflation pillars. The results show that the existence of the original rock pillar greatly improves the stress state of the surrounding rock.Compared with the non-pillar mining scheme, the maximum tensile stress of the surrounding rock is reduced from 0.861 6 MPa to 0.124 57 MPa.The maximum compressive stress of the surrounding rock is reduced from 9.509 MPa to 8.601 9 MPa.And the maximum subsidence magnitude of the surrounding rock is reduced from 3.245 mm to 1.514 7 mm.The stope incurs no plastic zone, and the roof stability of the stope is good.Industrial test shows that reserved pillar recovery with the original rock pillar replacement by artificial inflation pillars can ensure the safety and stability of the roof during the mining process, effectively extending the service life and ensuring the sustainable development of the mine.
