Ore blending is an important way to lower operation cost and improve efficiency.The optimization of ore blending can meet production demand and reach the equilibrium and balance of ore quality.In light of the fact that manual ore blending in Wushan Copper-Molybdenum Mine has high cost and low ore-dressing rate,the paper proposed automatic ore blending platform based on daily rock powder data.The platform,on the basis of daily rock powder data,applied spatial interpolation to the blast area and fully considered mining variables.The automatic ore blending platform realizes automation and refined ore blending,reduces error from manual operations,guarantees the continuity and grade equilibrium of ore blending,improves working effectiveness and ensures steady production index.
