Abstract:

The in-situ gold leaching rate of a low-sulfur oxide gold ore from Guizhou is low.In order to find a solution, the paper carried out all-sliming cyanidation and column leaching test, investigated the influence factors including lime dosage, sodium cyanide mass fraction, grinding fineness and leaching auxiliary. The results show that under optimized test conditions, with the new type leaching auxiliary ZW-1,the gold leaching rate by all-sliming cyanidation reaches 92.83 %,greatly improved compared to the 80 % obtained from in-situ leaching; the suitable grain size for column leaching is -30 mm and the gold leaching rate is 89.24 %; all-sliming cyanidation is suitable to treat the ore.Its leaching rate is 3.59 percentage points higher than that of column leaching, the gold grade of the leaching slag is lower at 0.07 g/t,and the leaching time is shorter.
