In order to increase the gold recovery rate of the refractory gold ores containing arsenic in high-altitude and cold areas in Sichuan Province,experimental study on flotation is carried out,investigating the effect of activator and collector on gold flotation index.The results show that under the optimal reagent regime,with the new type activator HB-803 and combined collector HB-33 and HB-A3 developed by Humon chemical auxiliary company,the closed circuit test can obtain the gold concentrate with production rate 3.75 %,gold grade 60.10 g/t and gold recovery rate 91.05 %.The gold recovery rate is 8 percentage points higher than that in ore-dressing plant which is 83.28 %,making significant profits.
