Abstract:

The rheological behavior of filling slurry is an important factor affecting pipeline transport capacity and filling capacity. On the basis of the analysis of the physical and chemical properties of tailings, this paper carried out experimental study on the slump degree, the expansion degree of the filling slurry, and factors that influence rheological behavior including the slurry concentration, the filling doubling line and the pipe diameter,to determine the slurry concentration in the actual production of the mine. The results show that the cement addition has obvious influence on slurry slump, increasing the critical slurry concentration for mobility from 72 % to 74 %; slurry concentration has significant influence on rheological properties, and the recommended concentration ranges from 70 % to 72 %; in production, the diameter of filling pipe and the velocity of filling slurry should be determined according to the actual situation of the mine. The experimental study has made clear the rheological properties of filling slurry, which is of great significance for the mine to achieve safe and efficient filling mining, and also provides reference for other similar mines.
