The reduction furnace soot in lead smeltery contains valuable metals like lead and zinc,the effective separation and recovery of them not only conserves resources but also creates certain economic profits.The study carries out experimental study on ultrasound leaching of reduction furnace with acidic wastewater from smelting as leaching agent,and the condition test is optimized.The results show that the separation effect of lead and zinc is best with zinc leaching rate reaching 95.43 % and lead grade in acidic residue 87.66 %,when the acidic wastewater containing 35.5 % sulfuric acid is used as leaching agent,the solid-liquid ratio is 1∶5,the stirring speed is 400 r/min,the leaching time is 80 min,the leaching temperature is 100 ℃,and the ultrasound power is 150 W.The study provides reference for similar lead smeltery in terms of reduction furnace soot recycling and acidic wastewater treatment.
