Abstract:

The gold grade of the cyanidation leaching residue of a micro-dissemination type gold ore from Guizhou is 2.06 g/t.It is environmentally and economically important to recover the gold from it and reduce residue storage.XRD and electron probe are used to analyze the gold distribution and occurrence characteristics, oxidative roasting-thiourea leaching process is used to recover the gold from cyanidation leaching residue, and the experimental conditions are optimized. The results show that the leaching rate of the gold could reach as high as 92.18 % when the cyanidation leaching residue is roasted at 500 ℃ for 1.5 h,and then reacts with 37.50 kg/t thiourea,11.25 kg/t FeCl3,and is leached at room temperature (22 ℃) and atmospheric pressure for 1 h with the pH value 4 and the liquid-solid ratio 4∶1.The research results can provide a scientific reference for the industrial application of gold extraction technology to cyanidation leaching residue of a micro-dissemination type gold ore.
