Abstract:

When the steeply inclined and medium-thick fragmented ore bodies in Shihu Gold Mine is mined with upwards horizontal slicing cementation filling mining method, the productivity of the stope is low,the process is complex and the cost is high. Moreover, due to the inclusion of part of chlorite in the ore body near the hanging wall, the caving is serious and the roof is prone to collapse, jeopardizing the safety of the equipment and personnel in the stope.Based on that and the mining technical conditions in Shihu Gold Mine, experimental study on moderately longhole caving and sublevel filling mining method is carried out, which,in the premise of safety in the stope, renovates the existing mining technology to minimize the exposure time and area of the hanging wall, and finally the purpose of "improving the production capacity and ensuring the safety of the personnel and equipment in the stope" can be achieved. The ore block production capacity is increased to 202 t/d,the direct mining cost is reduced to 81.05 yuan/t,and the economic benefits are great. The study can be used as reference by similar mines.
