Abstract:

A gold-bearing iron ore from Qinghai contains 2.87 g/t gold and 30.67 % total iron. The embedding status of gold is complicated, making it difficult to recycle gold. The magnetite was closely associated with pyrite and pyrrhotite, making it difficult to disintegrate them, thus the quality of iron concentrates is affected. Therefore, based on the ore property, the flowsheet of gold flotation from raw ores-iron recovery with weak magnetism-desulfurization by reverse flotation of iron concentrates-leaching of magnetic separation tailings with environment-friendly gold leaching agent is adopted and the total gold recovery rate obtained can be 84.46 %,the recovery rate of the associated silver is 89.26 %,the total iron grade in the iron concentrates is 64.15 %,total iron recovery rate is 67.63 %,and the comprehensive recovery of gold, iron and associated silver in ores is realized.
