Abstract:

The metallic minerals in a complex high arsenic polymetallic refractory sulfide ore are distributed unevenly, embedded in fine particles and structurally complex, making them difficult to separate.Based on the ore property and the exploratory tests on the metallurgy, the conditions of preferential lead flotation-zinc flotation process are studied. The results show that with optimal grinding fineness and agent regime, the closed circuit of preferential flotation obtained good test index. The grades of lead, zinc, silver, copper in lead concentrates are 45.23 %,4.65 %,4 012.00 g/t and 7.62 % respectively, and the recovery rates are 71.16 %,3.71 %,61.89 % and 62.80 % respectively; the grades of zinc and lead in zinc concentrates are 48.32 % and 0.96 % respectively, and the recovery rates are 80.01 % and 3.14 % respectively. The metallic minerals are effectively separated and fully recovered.
