Cyanide slag is dangerous waste.In order to comprehensively utilize cyanide slag,reduce solid waste discharge,valuable elements are recovered from cyanide slag with comprehensive utilization process of flash reducing roasting and its industrial application is promoted.The cyanide slag is dried and dewatered,preheated in 3 stages and then enters a reducing roasting reaction furnace,and solid-gas separation is carried out to obtain roasted ore.After the roasted ore cools down,gold and silver are leached.The iron in leaching slag is recovered by magnetic separation.The industrial application shows that the gold leaching rate is 66.70 %,silver leaching rate is 54.38 %,the iron grade in iron concentrates is 58.32 %,and the iron recovery rate is 84.46 %,and productivity is 47.96 %.The index is good.This technology is a new way for comprehensive utilization of cyanide residue with great economic and environmental benefits.
