Abstract:

The test of precious metals jewels by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer is nondestructive,simple and fast.In order to improve testing efficiency,3 auxiliary test work platforms for rings,bracelets and necklaces(wristbands)are designed and made according to different types and shapes of precious metals jewels.Practical application shows that compared with the xyz 3-axis work platform integrated in X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,the auxiliary test work  platform increases the number of precious metals jewels put once,the testing efficiency is improved by 20.2 %,and the testing effect and stability are good,reaching the designed requirement.
