Optimization and production practice of the ore-dressing process for copper and gold in Anhui Taiping Mining Company

Abstract:

Gold and copper recovery is low in dressing process for copper-gold polymetallic ore of Auhui Taiping Mining Company.Based on the flow investigation to find the problems existing in field production,the grinding and flotation processes are optimized.By adjusting grinding classification parameters,changing and adding flotation machine and ancillary facility,and changing the agent reaction patterns,the flotation index is greatly improved and the production cost is lowered.After optimization,the copper recovery rate is increased from 55.47 % to 63.86 % by 8.39 percentage points;the gold recovery is increased from 59.41 % to 67.51 % by 8.10 percentage points;annual economic profits are increased by 4 984 811 yuan/a.The optimization effect is obvious.
