Abstract:

Zijinshan Gold Mine is a typical low-grade gold mine.Through a large number of technological and management innovations,available gold resources have achieved significant fission,which is a classic case of green and efficient development of super-large,low-grade gold mines in China,even in the world.The Five-process Integration mining engineering management mode formed in the process of innovative development of Zijinshan Gold Mine.The mode is developed based on the theory of economic geology,coordinates the technology and flow of the 5 important links including geology,mining,mineral processing,smelting and environmental protection and is concluded with maximum economic and social profits.With technological and management innovations,the mode has greatly reduced the investment and cost,played an important role in the development of Zijinshan Gold Copper Mine and many other mines,and generated good returns from the low-grade resources.The management mode could play an important guiding role in the mining industry development in China.
