Abstract:

The consistency of test results should be assessed according to the precision given in the standard when laboratories test precious metal elements with standard chemical test methods.Standard methods shall present different precision according to the different relation between test result level and precision.Proper use of precision in the standard methods to assess the test result consistency is essential to control the test quality.The paper introduces the classifications and application of precision in the standard chemical test methods for precious metal elements,expounds specific instructions based on practical cases,and elaborates key points during the use.
