Mineralization and enrichment characteristics and deep prospecting prospect evaluation of the Miaoling-Jiuzhanggou gold metallogenic belt in Henan Province

Abstract:

The Miaoling-Jiuzhanggou gold metallogenic belt is located in the Xiong’ershan-Waifangshan area on the southern margin of the North China Craton.The gold deposits in this metallogenic belt are mostly medium-low temperature magmatic hydrothermal gold deposits controlled by faults.In order to evaluate the deep prospecting prospect,a detailed field investigation and comprehensive indoor research were carried out on the ore-bearing structure by using ore-forming structure analysis,and found that the main ore-bearing structure has the mechanical property of right-inclined twist compression.Based on the structural morphology and the occurrence characteristics of the ore body,it is proposed that the deep part of Miaoling-Jiuzhanggou gold metallogenic belt has further prospecting potential.
