To improve the reliability and adaptability of the mining process and reduce production costs while ensure production capacity,the reliability of single shovel-truck mining process system is analyzed,and model of the reliability of single shovel-truck mining process system is established.With Zijinshan Gold and Copper Mine as the research subject,equipment failure rate and maintenance rate of the process system are statistically analyzed,and the final determination of the mining process system reliability is 0.973.The research results provide an important basis for engineering company assessment management,equipment selection,mining process system layout and production opera-tion guarantee of Zijinshan Gold and Copper Mine.
