For now,most of ore sampling and preparation is done manually.Because of that,the sampling representiveness is poor,the detection data have low accuracy,and the number of people for sampling and supervision is big,which is extremely detrimental to following work.Therefore,Hainan Shandong Gold Mining Co.,Ltd.applied track-suspended cut-off belt ore sampler.The paper introduced in detail the composition,working mechanism,operation method,technical requirement and parameters and features of the equipment.Industrial application shows that the equipment operates in a highly stable way,the detection data of sampled ores are representative and accurate; the workload for the workers is reduced and the efficiency is improved;the equipment is significant in stabilizing production and quality.The research can be used as reference by similar mines.
