Abstract:

The low-grade copper-zinc-sulfur polymetallic ore from Qinghai has high sulfur and high pyrite and pyrrhotite content. The ore structure and mineral composition are complex, and the useful minerals are closely related to each other.Based on the ore property, the experiment adopted the technical process of preferential copper flotation-desulfuration magnetic separation-zinc flotation-sulfur flotation. The results show that under optimal conditions, copper concentrate with copper grade of 17.26 % and copper recovery of 88.06 %,zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 44.08 % and zinc recovery of 88.31 %,sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 35.03 % and sulfur recovery of 81.39 % are obtained.
