Abstract:

Conventional analysis of valuable elements and their phase in ore products takes much time and can not meet the quick trade requirement for ore products. In this paper, the samples of copper concentrate, lead concentrate and sulfur concentrate are analyzed, and Brooke D8 ADVANCE X-ray diffractometer is used. The material standardpowder diffraction data (PDF) provided by the International Data Center of Powder Diffraction Federation (TCPDS-ICDD) and the data analysis system carried by the instrument were used for the semi-quantatitive analysis of the phase composition and elements of the samples.By comparing the results of conventional phase analysis method and national standard method,X-ray diffractometer can meet the requirement to rapidly detect the phase and valuable elements of concentrate products. The method has good applicability.
