Abstract:

Jinfeng Gold Mine is buried 900 m at the deepest point and now is gradually going to the 500 m  deep mining where crustal stress significantly rises inducing problems such as supporting bodies cracking and deforming, wall caving and squeezed floor. In order to master actual situations of deep crustal stress, hollow inclusion stress relief method and DCDA method obtained 9 groups of stress data by measuring 4 elevations, that is 157 m,90 m,24 m and -59 m.The results show that the maximum horizontal main stress in deep part is NE,and above 90 m elevation, the crustal stress is dominated by vertical stress;below 90 m elevation,it is gradually replaced by horizontal tectonic stress. The maximum horizontal main stress is 17.3 MPa at the deepest mining depth of 90 m elevation. It is indicated by data trend fitting that at the deepest part of ore bodies burial depth-250 m elevation, the maximum horizontal main stress could be 42.97 MPa.The crustal stress measurement achievement can be used as important reference for the roadway engineering layout and support scheme design deep in mines.
