Abstract:

The ore(rock) body stratigraphic fractures develop in a copper mine.In the process of roadway excavation and blasting construction,it is sometimes difficult to charge roll-charge milky explosives and the blasting effect is poor.On the basis of summarizing the problems during roadway excavation construction, the smooth blasting technology is proposed for roadway excavation blasting. The roadway is well formed, but with low charging efficiency and high cost. Therefore,it is further proposed to apply bulk granular ANFO explosive in excavation blasting, and it will be promoted comprehensively based on theoretical analysis and after test verification. The application results show that the granular ANFO explosives applied in smooth blasting can effectively improve the efficiency of charging, and blasting effect is more stable. At the same time,it has achieved the effect of reducing cost and increasing efficiency, good economic and social benefits, and also played a certain reference role for its promotion and  use  in roadway excavation in China.
