Abstract:

The oxidation rate of a microfine disseminated arsenic and carbonaceous gold ore from Qinghai is 40 %,and the relative content of sericite prone to argillization is 26 %.According to the ore properties, the mineral processing technology was studied. The results show that the gold recovery index is not ideal by using single processes such as run-of-mill ore all-sliming cyanidation, gravity separation and flotation;under the optimal conditions obtained by orthogonal tests, the joint process combining cleaning and scavenging, middlings persion flotation-tailings regrinding, and environment-friendly reagent leaching can obtain the gold concentrate with gold grade 31.95 g/t and the total recovery rate of gold is 88.05 %,which is good, realizing the efficient recovery of gold.
